Researchers suggest that without communication there is no teamwork, nor can exercise leadership, there is no customer care or public or human relationships in or out of the company. Without communication there is no self-esteem, family, self, or personal development. One needs to have strong and influential words in order to motivate and change the entire scenario.

Personal Communication

Personal communication start between two people, it can either be a family person, group, community or even companies. This type of communication is private in nature and also confidential i.e. tele-a-tele which mean face to face communication. Hence, individual are aware of each other. Personal communication in organization has been a very helpful function since this assist companies for being efficient and highly productive. Individuals exchange information and their feelings with each other as they interact (West & Turner, 2012, p. 12).

Personal Communication Medium

The following are the different type of personal communications which has been used in past and in current environment as well.

Face to Face Communication

According to current studies and surveys, Face to face is the most common type of personal communication used in workplace, primary to built strong relationship within companies. This is important in order to create link with others. Communication in the context of one on one or in a team meeting is an exchange of energy that enhances the human experience. The intentions are clear to the parties involved and are easier to achieve more emphatic. Furthermore, this enables to observe team members personally or to generate social interactions and improves the chances of commitment with the team, including himself and the leader (Konijn, Utz, Tanis & Barnes, 2010, p. 102).

Letter Writing

Letter writing is also personal communication medium which consist of physical writing. A message is written on piece of paper and delivered to person. This process has now converted and replaced by E-Communication (Prakashan, 2011, p.n.d).

Telephones

Telephone is another medium which was used for long distance. This is also an old version of personal communication and has been replaced by Cell-phone and E-communication.
