Career plan is designed to help a person to develop the knowledge an individual needs in order to make some sound decisions about the goals and career directions. Based on a person's interest patterns, work style and talent. It usually allows a person to set a course that matches an individual's interest, skills, values, and specific desire.

I have always been fascinated by the world of health care. While growing up I was very lucky enough to live with both of my parents. As a child I was the only individual in my family who took interest in helping members who need care. This idea carried throughout the years of my academic career. My parents were very generous, and supportive. They always instilled in me the idea that I should always try my best at everything I do. They a used to encourage and cultivate all their children abilities and talents through hard work, and they have always told me that they will support any decision I make concerning my future. Since child hood I was very passionate about studying science and I was a top performer in my class. Biology was one of my longstanding interests; I was always attracted by the potential to help and serve protect women and children from domestic violence.

After going through all options I was having, I decided that I would follow a career in health care sector. I always wanted to be a Private duty CNA and Caregiver. This profession is very demanding and challenging. It is basically an entry level nursing that will help me gain some valuable experience towards more advanced registered nursing career.
