Humans begin with the development from the womb and ended with death. At all times and in all places there are several things that influence on the development of an individual. The experiences in the family make up much of the development of personality of a person. The above statements may indicate the relative influence exercised by companies and organizations in this growth: the foundations have already been laid in previous years, mainly at home and school. Human beings are dynamic learn from their experiences throughout their life. It is not only a humanist matter; on the contrary, there is evidence that personal development is important not only for the individual but also for companies and organizations. Thus, companies and organizations should channel resources to continue the work of formation of the individual personality (Pavlina, 2000, pp. 100-205).There is no doubt of attempts to manipulate people, but plans to support the flourishing of human faculties, as well as other important elements in the formation of the whole person. To be most successful, development plans should be coupled with the strategic planning of the company or organization, by the respective plans of planning and life management. In addition, creativity and other human faculties become key elements for the competitiveness of companies and organizations.

Therefore, it is also of vital interest to them such powers phenomenon. It is therefore necessary to establish plans to achieve this purpose.
