The current performance management system in practice at Home Depot is faced with a host of challenges and thus the managers are increasingly being concerned about the negative impacts arising from this type of performance management system. The performance management system in successful organization is implemented with an aim of successfully analyzing the varying levels of employee's performance levels and in addition incorporating measures for a successful improvement in the performance levels of its employees.
Many times organizations are faced with stellar challenges pertaining to their performance management systems and thus managers need to perform a comprehensive analysis of their performance management system with a view to achieving greater performance levels. With a comprehensive analysis of the performance management system at Home Depot, we would look to unearth some of the major issues and challenges that the current performance management system is faced with.
