Performance Appraisal is the process of an assessment of performance, development and potential needs of employees on regular basis.

Frequency of performance appraisal

The frequency of performance appraisal means that how many times performance appraisal is performed in the company (Schneier et al, pp.370-375). Generally in the company process of performance appraisal takes place bi-annual and annual basis. The performance appraisal should be performed regularly and consistently.
