In this paper, we try to focus on the performance appraisal and its affect. The paper discusses about the performance appraisal and its positive and negative affects in this paper. The paper interview from the respondent and come up with the excellent conclusion. The paper discusses employees' perception about performance appraisal and hindrance on its effectiveness. The paper also discusses existence of favoritism and how it can be checked through effective system. The paper further explains survey and interviews of employees and management to probe the perceived effects with data received. The paper also conclude of actual affects and weak links to identify the gaps and recourse for improvement

The emerging body of researchers has emphasized that organizations have survived in the pursuit of both development and performance by providing significant attention to make huge investment into the human capital (LaFleur, Arnold & Smith, 2012, 137; Mitchell & Beach, 2011; Ngoc, 2012, 32).
