Introduction

Leadership is the art of managing people and directing them toward the goal. And management of people deal with them in a manner linked to convince them of collaboration with you and walk around behind one goal. Many individuals think that the management of human relations chapter in the book of the organization of work, and they are wrong in this, human relations are the entire book.
