Prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and formatting patient health information

Require maths skills for calculation such as percentage, equations, algebraic and fractions

Strong communication and interpretational skills because he/she has to work broad range of health setting such as hospital, mail order pharmacy retail pharmacies, insurance billing offices and home infusion services (Hammond, et.al, 1999).

Good knowledge of autonomy, physiology and chemistry

Knowledge of Electronics and computers such as electronic equipment, processors, application and programming, computer software and hardware and chips.

Knowledge of English content and structure, including the meaning of spelling words, grammar and composition rule (Schmidt, et.al, 2004).

Attitude towards the clinical services by the profession in general where they thought well trained, licensed or event the technician opportunity to focus more on patient in clinical service settings.
