Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to make an analysis on the role of inter-professionals in improving patient's safety. There is a huge role of inter-professionals in the improvement of patient's safety. Improvement and enhancement in patient's safety is of serious concern. Different professionals are playing an important role in the improvement and enhancement of patient's safety. Thus, the role of inter-professionals is also very important.

Discussion

In the effectiveness of health care system, the safety of patients is a core component. Increase patient safety has become a major challenge for any healthcare system. Devices designed to secure care are multiple, meet different methodologies, but must be part of a strong coherence. Inter-professionals are very engaged in this challenge both by enacting actions contributory to patient safety (checklist, accreditation, certification ...), accompanying pedagogical these actions, facilitating by any means strengthening the safety culture in schools, and also ensuring that these devices are realistic in relation to other requirements of therapeutic management and professional conditions of the moment (Canadian Patient Safety Institute, 2008, p. 45). The three sessions on this theme aim to achieve, with the participants, and from the combined experience of various actors, conclusions and suggestions for new shares. Each year, 8-12% of hospital patients suffer from complications related to their care were provided in hospitals within the European Union (EU). These complications, often related to systemic factors cause suffering for patients and their families, and significant health costs (Sam, 2010, p. 34). To avoid these shortcomings, the European Commission calls for improved management of patient safety.

As per British Medical Association (BMA), the work and functions of inter-professionals involve the working of skilled workers so that the quality of patient care can be enhanced. The work of inter-professionals in order to improve the safety of patients is robust and harmonized. In order to provide safety to patients, it is necessary that the inter-professionals should be experienced and responsive. The inter-professional group is a group having effective communication which is very essential in order to promote successful delivery of quality healthcare. The insecurity of patients in health care is a major public health and creates many expenses. This recommendation calls for the establishment of a framework to improve patient safety and prevent adverse events and in particular healthcare associated infections (IAS) * that can be contracted in care facilities (Health Council of Canada, 2009, p. 88). Interventions in health are intended to benefit patients, but they can also cause harm due to adverse events (AEs) occurring during the process of patient care. These AEs are primarily driven by organizational complexity of the hospital, the multiplicity of roles, actors and techniques used.
