Passive and aggressive behavior is a major psychological disorder which causes many problems in working environment. Individuals who are unable to to show healthy and normal behavior at their work. They feel uncomfortable and feel unadjustbale in the environment in which they are working. Therefore, they show passive and aggressive behavior at work. One of the most evident reason of aggressive behavior is that the person feels uncomfortable to manage workload and stress at their professional working environment and to replace their lackings they show such sort of passive and aggressive behavior at work. According to psychological point of view passive aggressive behavior stems from an inability to express anger in a healthy way. A person's feelings can be so overwhelmed that they do not even realize that they are angry or feeling resentment. A passive aggressive behavior can make people around him / her crazy and seem sincerely dismayed when confronted with their behavior. This behavior reprsesnt unhealthy mind which cannot manage the work load and stress (Thomas & Hersen, 2002).

Passive aggressive behavior is a kind of "hidden" abuse that affects our social environment, whether work or personal. With social networks and instant messaging, passive aggression, perhaps, is in a new kind of high. But is this healthy for our stress levels? We postpone the aggression by refusing confrontation or compromise, and we hope that our levels of physical and emotional stress are not going to suffer?
