Introduction

The internet is one of the most beneficial achievements of human beings and very helpful for their present and future life. Since, all the things have different aspects and multi dimensions. Same situation is present for the internet or virtual world. If proper supervision would not be taken place then internet would be considered as the most harmful or dangerous place for the children. This is parent's responsibility to look after the children activities at the time when they are using internet. Parents of children are usually focusing on the restriction of the adult websites. Actually it is not the only thing which is harmful for the children, there are numbers of websites available on the internet which are not only harmful but can be the reason for damaging the personality of children. This is actually impossible that all the time parents should stick with their children and their activities, but with the help of the parental control tools, parents would be able to restrict and monitor the activities of their children. By the assistance of such tools parents can safeguard their children and allow them to use the technology with freedom and independently.

Children care is the responsibility for their parents. Parents are the responsible for their children personality and development. Moreover parents are also responsible for making the society, because they are the caregiver or builder of the personality of their own children. On the other hand the same children are the part of the society. Since, there are plenty of issues which parents are usually facing while raising up their children. One of them is to supervise their children for the access of the internet at their home place. As this issue would be consider the debatable issue in our society, and no doubt it would be the serious problem of our society. This is understood that human learn the things according to their age or with the passage of time. The use of internet gives the information regardless of the age of the user. And anyone can access such information with minimum verification of the age and sometime no age verification available on the websites. Thus, the information would be positive or negative as well. Since, children are at the developmental age there are certain problem which are directly or indirectly affecting the children, and have huge impact on the children's life ahead (Fletcher, et.al, 2008).

Responsibility and Internet

This is parent's responsibility to recognize the material or stuff which are inappropriate, harmful, and offensive and have risks for damaging their children's personality and their lives. This is one of the major predicaments in our society that parents usually found in the practice of protecting their children from outside environment and get relaxed of their home environment.
