Introduction

The main aim of this chapter is to introduce the research topic, background of the overcrowding in schools and its causes, and this topic formulates the objective of this research as well as structure of the report. The aim of the research is to study the factors which are accountable for the Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD) education crisis due to overcrowding. The word overcrowding pertains to the association between the population of human and their surroundings. From the entire study, it has been discovered that many elements and factors exist which might be a big cause for the overcrowding in Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD). It has been a big responsibility on the part of government and economic agents to ensure an education system which is uninterrupted and free from all obstacles and hurdles and in quantity to fulfill the basic need of the people.

Thesis

New developments can put back on the table the systematic crisis suffered by the school system in Miami-Dade Public Schools (MDCPD) because of overcrowding. This paper will demonstrate the solutions to one of the most important aspects of social life of any human group: ensure full access to education to every child in Miami-Dade.

Purpose

The purpose of this research is to identify the possible solution for the overcrowding in the Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD).

Problem Statement

The problems of overcrowding in Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD) were due the population increase. The moving of people from Northern and Midwestern cities to Miami-Dade country due to having favorable weather made overcrowding a critical issue. People from these countries found its weather suitable. The larger proportion of Miami-Dade countries is highly urbanized. Miami-Dade Country Public Schools is also referred to as Gateway to Latin America, which is heavily influenced by the mixture of different cultures and making an increase in the country's urban area. Overcrowding could be defined as a condition in which the number of people in a place exceeds the carrying capability of the education. The overcrowding in Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD) is complex because there are various issues and cannot be fixed with a single solution. This paper will discuss the source of the problems of government in the education system.

Analyzing the Problem

The population of South Florida has grown, so are the students are increasing in the schools. The construction of schools is not going accordingly with the pace of increase in population. In the light of all the problems regarding the problem of overcrowding in Miami-Dade Country Public Schools (MDCPD), the government needs to take some strategies to ensure that the problem of schools in the country to be solved.
