Introduction

It is this exceptional set of moral principles that creates the organizational performance of the armed forces different from any other. The main concerns they set, the effectiveness they achieve together with the main aim of constant development facilitate them to uphold high principles in spite of their duty area. Employers' responsibilities of care in both general and ruling commandment take account of the requirement to take rational heed of the wellbeing and security of the personnel.
