Introduction

Globalization is defined as a continuous amalgamation of international markets that arises by facilitating human with a better connectivity and sharing of ideas, goods and various other features of civilization. Specifically progress in transportation and telecommunication systems has increased in such a way that has never noticed before. These two systems played the most highlighted role in turning the world into a global village, shortening and minimizing all the distances. Transportation infrastructure has facilitated humans by making possible for them to visit around the globe, faster and cheaper than ever before. Communication structure is providing services to connect the whole world within seconds and has made contact very easier in low cost (Friedman 2002).

Discussion

The system that was running the world before globalization was quite different from it. In that previous system world happened to be divided up into sections. Access was limited and human were supposed to be bounded in their own circles with their own traditions and customs. That old system was renowned as world war system.

The feature which globalization is comprised of is the link between the all the countries and areas of the world. All the different countries of the world, despite of their continents and the distances between them, they all are now interlinked with each other. Now people are not bounded within the limits and the boundaries to survive and to carry out their business. There are now opportunities for business to expand in a wide area throughout the globe. This globalization system is all possible because of a single word that is Web, the World Wide Web.
