Introduction

In this paper, we will develop the cluster chart with respect to the case study. It studies the nursing process with the help of cluster chart. The nursing process is a set of actions that lead to a particular goal. It is an organized form of problem solving steps which are used to manage and find out the health issue. In addition, the clustering chart describes the relationship of functional health pattern and data (Timby, 2009). The cluster chart also provides the back up support of the functional health pattern of the patient (Alfaro, 2006).
