How an organization is structured (org chart)? Does this structure help them accomplish their mission and goals? If so how? If not, why?

To begin understanding the concept of the organizational structure it became evident that regardless of the changes and the challenges that have been experienced and witnessed by companies at large, the organizational structure makes way for providing a blueprint, a framework, acting as a guideline for the employees, serving right from the resource level to those people serving the role of leadership at the presidential or executive level.
