Introduction

It has been said that along with legal security of penal policy, an important aspect of these agencies is its organizational tasks and policies. The organization, in this case is regarded as a set of processes or actions leading to improve the relationship between different phenomena. Consequently, the organizational task of penal policy includes the collection that is constantly an ongoing processes and actions of the subjects of criminal policy. Organizational tasks and policies in this case are aimed at creating optimal conditions for the development and implementation of criminal policy and in the end on the development of effective strategies and improving the system to ensure against crime

Criminal justice organizations may work well by adopting a scientific management style, such as correctional and police facilities, that make use of a hierarchical structure of organization. Quasi-military system of organization is led by the Criminal Justice Agencies such as Police departments in which officers hold certain ranks. However, a study cited by the National Criminal Justice Reference Service cautions that scientific management procedures, with their emphasis on developing routines, should not be alternate for experienced leaders who understand practical issues of police work. Discussion
