Introduction

Organizational surveillance is an important aspect in today's business. It is important that the companies get to know as to what their employees are doing and how they should be monitored. The way of monitoring should be decided by the company as there are different ways of doing so. On the other hand, companies should implement ways of monitoring employees where they think that there is data integrity risk or if the employees are planning something against the company. In such cases, surveillance is important and effective, as well. This paper will discuss the extent to which surveillance is used and how they monitor their employees.

Organizational surveillance is an important aspect when the company thinks that there is risk of data theft and that the management will suffer if no resolution is taken. 'Big Brother at Work' is a popular phrase used for organizational surveillance. There are different methods that are employed by the company for monitoring the employees. It is important that the company makes sure that the right ways are adopted to monitor employees and they do not freak out.
