Values and ethics are an integral part of the organization I work in. The values and ethics of are absorbed by every individual after his hiring procedure. These values have been defined by our senior management and also the environment that cultivates there is very healthy. These values and ethics are shown in everyday routine of the employees, whether they are working on their desk, or they are in a meeting, or even having lunch in the cafeteria. The conduct of all employees has been molded in such a way that aligns with the ethics and values of the organization. And that shows in the external environment as well. The management of the company I work in promotes the practice of whistleblowing, and stresses importance of customer ethics by delivery the kind of service that they are expecting.

Question 2:

By evaluating the questions of Triple Bottom Line, I can say about the performance of my company that they address the workforce of their company very respectfully. The working conditions are good, and salary is competitive to the market wages. Though the workforce does not consists of people from various races, but overall the environment is good. Ethical values are depicted in all employees and also the services that we provide. Whereas, the company I work in doesn't manufacture any product, but rather we provide services to our customers. I believe that our service does make a difference in the standard of living of society.
