Abstract

This report explores the role of organizational design elements in providing competitive advantage, while aiming for diversity management and effective change management. An organization may use an assortment of strategies such as division of labor, delegation of decision making authority, flow of communication structure, and tasks division across multiple layers that define the organizational design.

It is essential to explore how organizational design elements enable a company in gaining competitive advantage, while aiming for diversity management and effective change management. The set of organizational design is the organization that handles media for the purpose of dividing the work into different tasks and to achieve effective coordination thereof, can also be defined as the process of diagnosing and selecting the structure and system formal communication, division of labor, coordination, control, authority and responsibility necessary to achieve the goals of the organization.
