Nestle has a strong corporate culture that reflects the company logo itself. The logo, "good food good life" that is always on their products, the main basis for all activities within the company. Nestle believes that good food is the main source of maintaining good health throughout life is always food, health and wellness, which is its core business. The company aims to further develop this aspect. These three things, nutrition, health and wellness can be found in all Nestle products and the company mission as well. Nestlé's participation in the Chinese market need to keep the company on its corporate culture to reflect the Chinese culture. In this sense requires meeting with the cultural diversity Nestle to rethink its options, marketing and organizational infrastructure. Nestle also asked to cooperate with organizations that are not business oriented (Geoffrey, 2010).

When talking about a company that is related to human structure, Nestle has a team-oriented culture and open door policy, as one of the strengths of the state. The company focuses on collectivism and achievement attitudes encourage employees to work harder. Nestlé continuously strives to integrate as much as possible to the cultures and traditions of various countries where it operates. To this end, Nestlé accepts cultural and social diversity and does not make any discrimination, whether ethnic, religious or any other order.

Corporate level strategy is also dealing with the product diversity, international diversity, corporate parenting roles and management of portfolio (Johnson et al, 2005). It is strongly related to the strategic direction of the company. Nestle applied international diversity, which means it differentiates its products based on the local market and competition.
