Introduction

Our world is changing rapidly. There are new technologies, new products, and the product. The market is in constant motion. Volume of information grows like a snowball. New input received continuously. "Surprises" legislative and executive powers, restrictions, penalties, and the list can go on and on. In these circumstances, the Russian entrepreneurs have to run their business. If one turns to the definition of it states that "entrepreneurial activity work is undertaken at your own risk in order to extract profit". It is the "own risk" encourages managers to look for effective solutions to develop other technologies, methods and approaches make changes in the structure and activity (Hernez-Broome & Hughes, 2004, pp.24-32). The need to consider the human factor at work arose in connection with the increasing complexity of production, on the one hand, when the cost human error has increased substantially, as well as in connection with intensification of competition. That is why the field of personnel management there are many various technologies to more effectively manage people. All kinds of appraisal, management by objectives, activities to develop a corporate culture and maintaining a team spirit, training, coaching, action designed to accelerate the adaptation re-incoming staff, working with a reserve - this is not a complete list of things done in a modern organization. In a world of intensified competition significantly and this largely contributes to the rapid development of information technology. In the present time competitive advantage based on the introduction of new technologies may hold only for a very short time. The new area competition - this is not the quality of the engine or air-conditioning, and design, warranty, service and image (Hernez-Broome, 2002, pp.14-16).

What is coaching?

The term became fashionable, the concept grows in the paradigm, but unambiguous understanding of it in globally, not yet. Many people believe that "Coaching - regular training or psychotherapy, coaching, called Western word in a loud fashion, to "raise the price tag."
