Abstract

The topic was concerned with the company producting underwears for men and women. The company made a decision of investing in a fim in Romania that would perform their business operations. However, there are certain issues which the company nees to consider before carrying out their production activities in Romania. The main issues that were covered in the topic for which the company required a strategy included specific training, repatriation of the employees, compensation of the employees and the benefits received because of Romania becoming an EU member. These issues had a lot of value because they were related to the business activities of the company. Secondly, the success of the company in Romania was also very much dependent on these factors. Therefore, these were all the issues that were coverd in detail in the topic.

Introduction

The topic is concerned with starting business operations in a European country known as Romania. The company owned sells underwear for men and women. However, the task is to develop the business operations to a different country by investing in another firm. This is the reason why for this purpose, the key personnel of the company, sent to Romania in order to assist in the business operations. The principal staff would include Manager, Accountant and an Engineer for the Romanian firm. Therefore, all the issues and aspects related to business operations of the company in Romania will be discussed in detail.

Kind of Training

The training will matter considerably for the business in Romania because the employees would require proper guidance for their work. The training is an essential component for any business. The training provides an initial guideline to the employees, and they are able to work without facing much of a problem. The practice is a useful aspect for any business especially when the operation, expanded to a different country. The training is not just going to be business specific but would also include other elements such as language skills, consumer trends and preferences, socio-economic factors along with other matters. The training has a division into several parts in order to give step by step guidance to the employees. Therefore, these are all the factors related to training that would look to satisfy the needs of the employees (Dalton & Druker, 2012).
