Introduction to the organization

Barclay's bank is the bank situated in UK serving all around the world as a global bank. Barclays offers its customers an extensive variety of financial services in more than 56 countries. The bank also provides retail banking to its customers and business clients. The financial services include current accounts, savings accounts and general insurances to its customer base.

The communication designs of Barclays in UK are one of the best designs to cater customer services and customers. As the slogan says “Take One Small Step” to managing their money better every day.

Change

I am a very tech savvy person, and for the better improvement of the organization I intent to focus on the new technologies which could in return let the organization is in a profitable path.

Reason to change

The reason that Barclays intends to adopt change in the processes is due to the internal and external forces that drive change. Barclay's change management started because of the reason that they wanted to be the best at the communication services to provide their customers with best possible solutions via phone banking. Barclays was aware from the fact that communication plays a vital role in integrating the new venture and the new entity.

The head of the internal communication at Barclays came with a fact that Barclay's communication system intervened by noise, and the head challenged to create a plan to intersect and clean out the element of the noise to communication effectively with 45000 employees. (Dunphy, 2003).

The change meant to have a new communication approach.
