Introduction

Leadership plays a vital role in the sustained productivity and development of any successful business or organization. It is due to the reason that, effective and efficient leadership motivates the employees as well as the entire work force of an organization to perform with their full potential. In addition to this, it is also observed that, it is considered as the responsibility of organizational leaders to observe and manage the organizational behaviour. Organizational behaviour is nothing more than the field of study that explores the effects that organizational structures, groups and individuals have on behaviour within the business or organization. This may greatly help the managers of an organization to bring innovation and effectiveness in the organizational behaviour (Christian, et.al., 2006, pp. 459-466). Recent researches, studies and cases demonstrates that, the concept of organizational behaviour is one of the most important concepts, as it allows the managers and leaders of an organization to bring changes and innovations in the business procedures of an organization. Therefore, efficient leadership and appropriate organizational behaviour may lead the organization towards productive and beneficial organizational operations. Studies demonstrate that, the feature of organizational behaviour was developed in order to educate the managers of an organization about their employees and their behaviours towards their organizational responsibilities (Van, et.al., 2007, pp.515-541).

In corporate world, motivation is referred as the feature that drives an individual, generally employees of an organization, to participate actively in an organization. It is often observed that, generally, the motivated employees works harder, maintains better and positive attitude towards work and produces more. Therefore, in business world, motivated of employees may allow the organizations to achieve their pre defined and desired goals or objectives. Various researches and studies demonstrate that, motivated employees have great impacts on the atmosphere of the workplace, organizational productivity and other areas that may allow the organizations to get success (Harenstam, et.al., 2002, pp. 105-117).
