The study will enlighten of organizational culture under the defined culture types by Roger Harrison, four types of organizational culture are as follows:

Culture of power, also referred to as the culture of Zeus

The managing authorities of the institution have a strong power of the leader, which limits the personal development of other members of the organization. This type of culture is characterized by fast-paced action and insulation from bad information (Deshpande et.al, 1989, p. 11). The importance of the human factor is relatively small, as you can notice the lack of internal involvement of employees in the job in progress, as all energy is consumed for survival. The high social status in the organization can have people who have extensive knowledge and contacts of the leader.
