Introduction

This study examines the influence of ethics on the decision making and the impact of technology on the effort related to work. It looks at how, until recently, there was not much research on these two questions and however, because of the recent developments related to the growth of the accidents of Internet and technology, the two exits are now taken with serious by businesses. The field of the behavior of organization developed quickly during this time of time and is today a complex tapestry of the historical tendencies, contemporary tendencies, and new tendencies of emergence.

The influence of ethics on organizational decision-making and technological impact on work-related stress is just a few trends in organizational behavior. (Newstrom & Davis, 1993) What types of influence does ethics have on decision-making? How does technology impact work-related stress? These two questions are very important for this research and to identify emerging trends of organizational behavior (OB) answered over the next few paragraphs.

The difference of the moral belief has a strong impact on the decisions being made in a whole company for several reasons. The first reason is that if the individuals in all the company have the moral belief of difference on what is exact and false then there will be conflict on what must be made.
