Organizational behavior is the study of human behavior in the heart of the organization. It is a discipline in which one seeks to better discern the actions and behavior of individuals and groups, interpersonal interactions and the mechanics of the organization. Organizational behavior is important for growing in today's society. Indeed, one can enumerate new trends in the workplace such as a desire to integrate the organization of ethical behavior, the disappearance of a kind of centralized management, the influence placed on the work of team, the influence of new technologies and the consideration of the desires of the workforce.

The manager's role becomes a core value for the new company's strategic issues for organizational behavior. It must be able to achieve work goals with his team maintaining their motivation and commitment to the company. Improving the quality and productivity. This refers to programs to improve overall quality, which means to constantly make improvements in the processes of the organization.
