The organizational topic that I have chosen which can be easily applied in the Hospital or a Health Care organization is Customer Services. Customer service is a powerful means to help administrators identify and focus on services that customers require. Health care programs have discovered that providing customers an excellent service and good quality of services that customer's want is not certainly beneficial for customers but also for the program. In the field of fellowship planning, superior service to the customer is a important element in the centers where services are provided. The concept of customer service and claims that by understanding the needs of customers and potential customers is a practice may ameliorate the character of their services and maximize the requirement for them and amend the repute. All these elements add to the property of the program in significant manner. (Bernard, 1994, pp.113-126)

The idea of providing service to the customers is very simple to understand and comprehend. It can identify the customer service when we think about the treatment of a receptionist in an office, a waiter in a hotel, or a driver who makes an extra effort to get you to your destination. Customer service is given by the individuals who provide services to meet the needs you have, making him feel that they are interested in their welfare and that therefore you wish to recommend such services to family and friends. Businesses have realized that providing excellent services to its customers this result in higher benefits for the business itself and for clients. To provide good customer service: It generates a new requirement for services and products. Businesses that rely on advertising from person to person to attract new customers benefit from the positive response from satisfied clients that communicate this satisfaction to their friends and family. Several surveys have shown that it is feasible that a satisfied customer notification of the satisfaction with a good serving only six people, whereas dissatisfied customers communicate their dissatisfaction with at least eleven people. A large number of disgruntled clients can damage the repute of the company and out to new the potential customers. Ensures that customers coming back. Research shows that approximately 70 percent of all business revenues from buying process by the returning of the customers. It can reduce costs per customer.
