There has been a massive turnaround in the Organization's thinking mechanisms as we enter into a world dominated by Technology. Many Organizations currently are pursuing informal methods of thinking as a strategic tool in garnering long term growth. Earlier Organizations were hesitant to pursue informal systems of thinking.

The formal systems of thinking used to be the thinking mechanisms employed by traditional organizations. Today's successful Organizations are rapidly being shaped by informal systems thinking. The developments of thinking systems from being formal to informal have taken the time.

Organizations have been hesitant to express the actual essence of informal systems thinking. However, a look at their daily practices gives us the assertion that they have been enjoying numerous benefits associated with informal mechanism of thinking. Many Organizations are now implementing strategic thinking skills as a basis of sustaining and enhancing their competitive advantages.

Earlier Organizations due to their lack of strategic thinking skills suffered to a great extent. They did not have a long term approach towards the prospects of their Organization.
