Autocratic leadership

 Autocratic management is a tremendous form of transactional leadership, where the leaders have complete control to own their workers and the office management staff. Employees and group associates contain diminutive chance to formulate idea; they are bounded to give their inceptions because they are under the autocratic management. Even if the employees or the associates would decide a better outcome for the productivity of the organization, but they would not take any final decision for the best interest. Most employees are liable to dislike being behaved like this. Thus, autocratic management often escorts to maximum levels of absence and staff change. Nevertheless, for some practice and untrained jobs, the approach can stay efficient because the compensation of organize may overshadow the difficulty.

Autonomous leadership

 Although democratic leaders are the dominant they have a power to deliver the final outcome in fact they appreciate other members to come and discuss there decision about the productivity of any organization. They mostly followed the brainstorming, to reach the final decision. This not enlarge the effectiveness of job security by This not only increases job satisfaction by connecting group associates, but it also elaborates the employees personal ability. Participation of team mates also enhances the chances of increasing their satisfaction and involvement to their work. This pattern is steady. But it takes time to control the lacking part and improve the chances of productivity. This is most powerful, when they worked in the form of group and they consider the high quality of the product as a topnotch priority.

Maslow's Theory

Abraham Maslow is measured to be the pioneer of Humanistic Psychology, commonly recognized as the "Third Force". Humanistic Psychology integrates feature of both Growth needs and Basic needs. Growth needs includes, self-esteem, Understanding & Knowledge, think that human actions are restricted by peripheral ecological aspects, with the reason that, they are attracted and new for the humans. Basic needs are the foundation in Safety and Physiological behavior in which, human being actions are restricted by inner insensible power. Though he analyzed both Behavioral and Psychoanalytic Psychologies, He was not in favor, to accept both the theories.As a substitute, Maslow's inspiration hypothesis utters that man's manners is restricted by both inner and outer aspects. Further, he highlights that humans have the exclusive capability to construct options and implement power.

He prefer as a substitute to gather information for his supposition by investigating stupendous persons. With the result, he proved outcomes that, humans have certain amenities which are monotonous and hereditary in basis. These amenities are same in all the conditions which are related to human beings.
