Introduction

This paper seeks to analyze a known workplace through the theoretical lens of Gareth Morgan's “Images of organization”. On the basis of the theories asserted in the chapter 6 of “Images of organization”, the real workplace scenario will be discussed.

Discussion

One of the metaphors of the organization, as discussed by Morgan, is organization as a political system. This metaphor can easily relate to workplace of an organization, where I did my internship.
