The management of an organization is a significant aspect that is derived and formed by many aspects of organizational behaviour. The management of any organization has immense impact upon the accomplishments or failure of the organization. The behaviours within the organizations have direct impact upon the management of the organization as well as upon the performances of the organizations. The organizations that can manage their internal environment in a well-organized way can attain the heights of success and growth among their competitors in the industry. The organizational behaviour is the basic factor behind the success of the organizations. The behaviour within the organizations is derived by having the influence of behaviours of the individual that they reveal towards their work and circumstances. It also engages the structures of the organization, the group and teams, and their attitudes and behaviours with that of the other members of groups and teams within an organization (Edgar H. S., 2011, pp. 424). The behaviours within the organizations attempt to build up the organizational cultures and the organizational ethics by keeping into consideration the psychological factors of the employees. The sociological, communication as well as the management behaviours are also extended by examining the organizational structures and the organizational designs. The organization and the behaviours different of people within the organizations help the employees of the organization in dealing with that of the people, with which they work together or have interaction on the usual foundation within the organization.

In today's fast pace of competition, it has become necessary for the organizations to build up their most excellent organizational structures and behaviours so that they can have positive impact and results on the workers of the organizations. The well developed and well implemented organizational behaviours permit the employees of the organizations to work successfully and with great effectiveness and it permit them to execute their tasks and duties in well manner. The organization of today's era is also required to put into practice an organised and systematic approach by analyzing the aspects that can bring constructive changes in the organization's behaviours. The general aim of the organizational behaviour is to build up the effectual association between the employees and the managers that can help out the organization in attaining human objectives, organizational objectives, as well as the social objectives.
