Introduction

The word organization is best described as a group of people, systematically managed, with mutual intentions of achieving similar goals and objectives. It provides us with a platform where people with similar ideas and interests join together to be efficiently productive. An organization can exist anywhere and does not necessarily require a corporate governance or legal jurisdiction to govern it, until it serves the main purpose that the group of individuals is trying to achieve.
