These trends are taking place all over the world and in adopting these trends; Health care Organizations face many challenges and problems. The use of Internet signifies a deep and intense change that will facilitate or drive significant changeovers in the structure of organisation and procedures—a change as intense as any that have occurred before. Adoption of Internet has the ability to give power to clients, maintain active information exchanges across Health care organizations, and flatten organizational power structures to generate novel functional approaches, organizational patters, improved service deliverance and organizational systems (Glaser and Hsu, 1999).

This change will result in comprehensive implications that Healthcare Organizations require to start organizing now to accept the advanced Internet tools that are projected to emerge in the near time. It is important to assess the potential and implications of new Internet tools, become accustomed them to fulfil domestic needs and minimise the dangers linked with new service operation, and prepare to show the significant of their attempts (Fitzgibbons, 1999).

This paper will analyse problems to the acceptance of Internet tools by healthcare organisation. It makes attempt to identify obstacles in the practice of Internet-based tools that may be projected to keep on for a time.
