Organisational Politics: Who Believes What?

This study is based on interview of three individuals. These three individuals have given different remarks regarding organisational politics. All three of them are intelligent and are well connected with the modern organisational politics. Before, going to describe their interviews and opinions, I would like to explain their short introduction. One of them is Mr. James, who is a highly technically-oriented IT professional. The other, Mr. Jack, is a relatively new IT supervisor and the third, Mr. Richard, is my boss.
