My paper is an action research paper and it offers the opportunity for the host organization to experience change. In the paper, I collected and analyze data from subject. The paper describes the context, construct accounts, and then construct a general account. Conclusions and recommendations from the data collected. The conclusion part is broken into two separate parts for conclusions (what was learned) and recommendations are being made for the organizations and for future researchers.

Introduction
The L'Oreal Thailand International plc is an international brand for cosmetics that is offering a range of products for its customers. These products are of high quality and make the consumer use them for a long period. The L'Oreal in Thailand has been successful in retaining its customers by introducing different products in the market. Similarly, there are a number of products that are not only focused on the females but also for males and older people. The major products and services offered by the company are as follows: Candles, Refills and Diffusers, Sprays for different purposes etc. However, the make-up cosmetics are the major products that are manufactured by the company. The products of the company are highly appreciated by customers and are valued by them. The brand under which products and services of the company are sold to consumers is L'Oreal.

Methodology
This research is going to utilize the qualitative method of research. The data in the study has been collected through both a primary and secondary methodology and both have been used to perform the investigation. The secondary analysis has also been done through researching, studying and reproducing the literature from various articles, journals, cases and available literature.

Organizations are highly depended on the political environmental constraints and issues as they result in the changes that occur within the organizations. For example, the high excise duty on any material or increase in inflation, privatization and nationalization, may impact the increase or decrease in overall cost of product, with respect to burden to be beard by an organization as well its employees.
For the implementation of productive performances of the work, modern safety regulations, environmental or quality standards can immensely contribute towards the training management and ranges of data managements. These strategies help in increasing the scope of activities and responsibilities for the new positions. Further to these, the organization may need to employee additional specialist for the change in the structure of operations as well as productivity (Cooper, 2008).
