Organizational Learning

It is a study comprising of theories of ways of learning and implementing within an organization. Organizational development refers to the environment within an organization which learns from external and internal sources and improves itself, implements that learning; adapt it the way that is most feasible to the organization. Organizational learning has two different perspectives: acquirement and contribution. Acquirement refers to obtaining knowledge and learning and transfer of learning from one to another. Contribution refers to practice of learning; a goal-directed practical learning (schilling 2002, 1-4).
