The Sultanate of Oman is a country in southwest Asia. It borders with the United Arab Emirates to the northwest, Saudi Arabia to the west and Yemen to the southwest (Haughen, 2009, 45). The coast is formed by the Arabian Sea to the south and east, and the Gulf of Oman to the northeast. Oman is little different from other Arab countries in the region. Despite the fact that there are no skyscrapers, it's worth a visit. Tourists can get a lasting impression on the Omani Mosque Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, or diving to observe the coral reefs. Local building does not differ in height, and the city enjoys a unique location, surrounded by beaches on one side and basalt mountains on the other (S?ulh?, 2000, 77). City Centre is a top-notch place to experience all the delights of true Arab culture. The biggest attraction of Oman is the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, which was completed in 2001. The mosque is startling in its magnificence for both local and foreign tourists. It is surrounded by flowers and green hedges. The mosque contains the world's largest handmade carpet weighing 21 tons.

Distinct Oman The lack of research in the coach education field: There is a lack of research on sports in general, and on coaching in particular in Oman. For example, there are currently no researched guidelines towards the human resources management of professional sports coaches in Oman. Coaches do not have any adequate way in to eminent investigative recommendation, request of study in a convenient perspective. In fact, the nonexistence of text appraisals and investigation on training and trainer learning confines the aptitude of investigators to set examining programs and position their effort in a superior perspective of training discipline and it also limits the abilities of trainers to access and recognize the potential of coaching investigation. It also limits the abilities of instructor tutors to incorporate the full range of training study into coach learning programs (Gilbert and Trudel, 2004). The lack of research in the Omani coaching field has been mentioned by the participants in this study as well as being recognized by the researcher when searching for Omani literature. Therefore, the research issue should be addressed by providing a good research environment, encouraging researchers to conduct research in the coaching field and helping sports coaches to access research which has been conducted internationally.
The practice of bullfighting is something that distinguishes Oman from the countries around it (GCC), as it organizes such proceedings within its terrain. The region of Al-Batena is quite famous for it, a large number of spectators show up to witness the unfolding of the proceedings. The roots of this event are unknown in Oman, as they are thought to be introduced by the people of Spain, though a certain school of thought firmly believes that the very trend was brought by the Portuguese people as they inhabited the shoreline of Oman for around two Centuries.
