The opening ceremony of the grand global event required a great deal of innovation and creativity which was organized and directed by world class directors Danny Boyle, Bradley Hemmings and Jenny Sealey. The opening ceremony was held on July 27th 2012 and also known as Isles of Wonder. The opening ceremony represented the key themes and contributions of the London based on its innovation, creativity, revolution and exuberance of British people. Danny Boyle and his team showcased the culture of the United Kingdom. The ceremony started with the sound of the largest harmonically tuned bell in Europe. The ceremony represented the real farm yard animals in the 'Green and Pleasant' opening scene as well as the volunteer performers from NHS.
