I. Executive Summary

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME) was established in 1880 to provide a common ground for discussion among engineers on aspects key concerns that arose from the growing industrialization and machining at that time, particularly in the areas of security machines and reliability. Since its foundation, industry leaders, educators and field engineers have been involved in the activities of ASME, including Alexander Holley, Robert H. Thurston, George Westinghouse, Willis H. Carrier and Thomas Edison among many other personalities. The ASME currently has about 600 established industry standards and supports a large number of programs related to education, research, technological development and professional fulfillment. Most of the programs of the ASME and other similar companies aim to provide new knowledge and new tools engineers to enable them to grow professionally and become true assets for places where they work. The products which we have developed will enables engineers developed an automobile that will improve the environment of the world i.e. pollution. This has been further explained in this paper through its features. Gear oils lubricants are intended for use in friction units of transmission cars and trucks, as well as different timing gears and worm gears of industrial machinery. Just as in engine oils, gear up foundation base oils: mineral, synthetic or semisynthetic, supplemented by special additives. Oils for transmissions are also classified by viscosity-temperature properties (classification SAE J-306), the scope and level of service properties (classification API).

In the luxury segment we have been involved in manufacturing of products for cars and vehicles of high class segment. The launched of 10th Generation Oil that will delight customers with its quality and state of the art engineering to sustain its market share. In Conservative segment, we have work on to come up with new product quality and features in Generation Y Oil. We have not introduced any product to cater economy segment which has potential to grow.
