Since the second month of the 2012, I have been employed with Santa Clara County in the capacity of an office specialist. It is a contractual assignment where my major responsibilities include preparing the payroll, and generating reports through the use of Kronos Time keeping system. In addition, I have to respond to several other tasks which include preparing forms, correspondence, specialized documents by using the information from notes, and drafts. I have gained the experience of applications such as SharePoint application, web xtender and WebExtender.

I have also gained experience with regards to similar document management systems. Other tasks which I specialized in included scanning documents into an Enterprise document management system and importing Electronic Media (documents, photos, audio, and video) in an Enterprise document management system. Other experience includes working in advanced scanner functions such as physical and electronic bates stamp imprinter, color settings resolution settings, brightness and color contrast settings.

I also managed to create and maintain a database for the recordings of cases. Other uses of database included IDM retrieval of information, and maintenance of computer files. I performed research to complete database as needed, while also effectively organizing activities and meetings to meet major deadlines. I also proctored and Administered Exams for employees along with maintaining records and processed forms, such as work orders by using Web Central maintenance work orders for departmental maintenance issues request.

Experience

I have experience with document management systems such as Application Xtender, WebExtender, Microsoft SharePoint Application Xtender, or other similar document management system.
