Introduction

When one looks at some of the major concepts of the study, it can be seen that it is one of the more important nursing theories that is around at the moment, and it is treated as the cornerstone of much of the literature that has been written on the topic of nursing. As far as the major concepts of the theory are concerned, the main concept of the theory is that how the overall profession and the main idea of the nursing is about making sure that others are identifying the difficulties that are faced by them. Thing that has to be kept in mind that the basic requirement of the profession of the nursing as per this theory is that how some of the nurses must be able to apply the basic principles of human relations to the problems that are connected to the patients (Brock, 2010). The problems are bound to arise at all the levels of experience and this is something that is needed to be looked at. Another concept that is being defined by this theory is that the nurses must be able to apply the phases of internal processing at all the major parts of their training and professional responsibilities.

There are different roles that are needed to be performed by the nurses during the course of her profession, and due to that, they must be able to take the regard of the interpersonal processes into the consideration. Another thing that is needed to be done is that they must be able to assist the patients at all the levels. Thing that is needed to be done is that they must make sure that nursing should be taken as a therapeutics process. The process must take into consideration the overall processes that are needed to be taken into the consideration (Aldiabat, 2013). The nursing must be taken as an art that is healing in its nature, what they must do is that they must be able to treat and as well as give the psychological treatment to the patient that is in the dire need of health are assistance as the patient is not feeling well at that moment of time.

Another thing that is needed to be taken into the consideration is that nursing must be taken as an art that is interactive in its nature, so the basic requirement of this profession is that to make sure that all the people who are being healed by a nurse are having an interaction with the nurse. The basic idea is that the individual must be able to take care of the needs and wants of the people who are the part of the healthcare process and in order to make sure that it is happening, thing that is needed to be done is that interaction involves the patients that are in the need of more individualistic common goals.
