The Problem Identification step was concerned with the Communication Issues related to Nursing. The Communication matters are the important aspects in the field of Nursing. The reason is that this profession must have a good level of Communication. The Second Step had the heading of Identify a Work Setting Problem. The Work Setting Problem covered many issues that are faced by the employees working in the Nursing Sector. The Third Step had the heading of Research Problem. This is a major part of the Research Project because it highlighted the important factors of the Nursing Field. The different areas of the Research Problem was also discussed in detail in the topic. The Research Problem also included several elements of the Nursing Field which requires detailed assessment for the future. The Fourth Step had the heading of Significance of the Problem. It was important to explain the significance of the topic because it was the essential requirement of the research. The significance of the topic also explains numerous reasonings because of which the Nursing Field carries immense importance in the Healthcare Sector. The Fifth Step had the heading of the Solution Description. There were many problems and areas which were highlighted in the Research but at the same time it also needed a Solution Description for all these problems. The Solution Description listed down all those steps which had a lot of value to solve the present problems associated with the Nursing Field.
