Many nurses are now working as successful researchers and are largely based in universities and other health caring centers. This simply means that the profession of nursing has evolved over the years and has now made the nurses involved in conducting research in various medical institutes and facilities. The education policies regarding the nurses are now more focused on the usage of evidence from the research for the reason to rationalize the interventions of the nurses, (Carmel, 1992).
