Being a nursing leader, my first concern would be to cater staffing issues. The nursing staff shortage is real and it is a nationwide crisis .Offering approaches to deal with nursing shortage is necessary. A leader must challenge their workforce to turn out to be pacemakers and trendsetters all the way throughout offering consequential learning options.
