When a group of people work together, either nurses or doctors or people from any other field, it is essential to create standards of conduct, communal reverence and appropriate structure of principles. To summarize, 'caring' is necessary, which will lead to discipline; a significant requirement in every field. When considering caring in nursing profession, caring has always been linked to nursing (Vance, 2013).

In fact, many people choose to adopt this profession because they are willing to help others. The essential and amalgamating area, concerning the body of understanding and working in nursing, is the concept of caring. Knowledge, which is information about something and caring, which is the conduct indicating sympathy and reverence for others is essential in health care, in order to provide effective, safe, and quality care. The field of nursing consists of a discrete body of knowledge combined with the talent of caring. However, the complexity of nursing practice is beyond elementary knowledge. In order to improve the chastisement of nursing and to provide better nursing care to people, regular analysis can be conducted. Caring appears as one of the central concepts of nursing as it is a field based on the interactions with others. It is also a very significant and basic concept in social facilities. It is important to research, as the concept of caring is complex and also to divulge the practices and to improve one's knowledge about the concept of caring (Vance, 2013).

Caring can be termed from four perceptions, as there is no definition of it that is accepted worldwide. The first one being the most common is the sense of caring, as it requires compassion or being concerned about others, it may not need knowledge or proficiency. However, when considering the nursing profession both skills and knowledge is necessary. The second act of caring is, helping others and fulfilling their wishes for instance, a nurse can do something for her patient what she cannot do for herself or what makes her happy. Thirdly, providing wound care or managing treatments to the person who requires it, is also a form of caring. Nurses are doing this all the time and it requires knowledge and skills to be effective (Rhodes, 2011).
