Introduction

Lifelong learning is a continuous process that requires adults to engage themselves to acquire knowledge in various disciplines. The notion of lifelong learning is characteristically different from the practice of early childhood education. When it comes to lifelong learning, adults are encouraged to plan their activities in such a way that they should not coincide with the professional obligations but rather the experience helps the individuals to augment their professional skills to reap out the maximum benefits. Lifelong learning tends to revolve around some of the key provisions as those key provisions tend to play a vital role in an individual's professional development. The notion attached to Life-Long Learning has evolved over the period of time and has inculcated different aspects into its fold.

In order to grow professionally it is important that a person is indulged in a process of lifelong learning. Moreover, the fact also needs to be kept in mind that Lifelong learning is deeply attached to Learning in a team (McRobbie, 2008). As Learning in a team is often stimulating and motivating than learning alone, here the fact needs to be kept in sight that those who are actively involved in the team process learn to argue, discuss and knowledge to understand and recite in a much more structured manner.

Professional development is linked to working in a team or team because; teams also offer the opportunity for social learning. Working in a team allows an individual to learn, to recognize that it is not only a "real", but there are several possible truths. This leads to a more tolerant attitude to the viewpoints of others and to clarify misunderstandings and conflicts. Moreover, working in teams also allows an individual to develop a constructive attitude for the factors, such as dealing face to face, positive interdependence, individual responsibility, collaborative skills & team processing (Mikulecky, 2007). However, in the context of the paper we intend to shed light on some of the aspects of nursing in order to develop an effective and efficient understanding of the subject.

The delegation of tasks is increasingly important in healthcare as institutions restructure and put in place measures to contain spending. In most categories of health professionals with education and experience, at least minimum nursing are being recruited to help the graduate nurse as nursing assistants or AE.
