What is Oregon doing?

Oregon has not passed any legislation concerning the mandatory staffing ratios. However, in 2005 it was able to take significant steps to support the patient protection act of 2002 (Cowen, P. S., & Moorhead, S. 2011). This required equipping the committee of the hospital with an equivalent quantity of managers.
