These programs are preventing mental illness which is in turn causing improvement in physical health, earnings and employability, health behaviors, crime reduction and educational performances (Barbeau, Burda, & Siegel, 2013).

Health education is a science that is determined from the physical, mental, ecological, and clinical sciences to help advertise health and avoid inability and illness through education-driven exercises. It is the improvement of systematic procedures to enhance health disposition, information, expertise, and conduct of people and groups. The point of health education is to impact the health conduct and the living conditions. It enhances the health status of people, groups, families, and the country. The health educators are dependable to instruct health subjects and to push and actualize coordinated health programs in school, schools, and colleges, bunch and groups. They give mindfulness about health administrations to understudies and their guardians to advertise sound situations in neighborhood. At the school level, they advance particular instruction routines and materials to advertise their health. In universities or colleges, health educators engage people to make solid group. They instruct courses, improve broad communications battles, and prepare advisors (Leavitt, 2009).

Nurses are playing an inevitable and great role in providing high quality health care to the patients of mental illness. Without the presence or involvement of nurses in mental health setting, the delivery of health care services cannot be effective. Nurses must maintain high quality while implementing and delivering prevention programs. In this way, prevention programs will ensure effectiveness as well as ensure the duplication of evidence based results in new regions (Pender, Murdaugh, & Parsons, 2011).

Nurses are required to implement these intervention and prevention programs with loyalty and fidelity which will ensure high quality programs. This strategy requires the implementation of policies and programs according to the indication. Fidelity in implementation of programs is possible by training of program providers and nurses on consistent basis, supervision of program implementation and access to program documentation. Program implementers and practitioners are pleading to ensure program implementation with high quality. Nurses, policy makers, practitioners and researchers must address any kind of present shortcomings in reporting and examining implementation processes in order to recognize opportunities for improvements (Alligood, 2004).
